The Book a Free Demo form. If you use it, you can enter your name, your business name, your city and when you would like the demo. This website has no server that receives these details. When you press the button, the site builds a WhatsApp message from what you typed and opens WhatsApp so you can read it and send it. Nothing is sent until you send that message yourself. Once you do, we receive it as an ordinary WhatsApp message, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to how WhatsApp handles it.

WhatsApp and phone. If you message or call us directly, we can see your phone number and whatever you tell us.

How we use it. Only to reply to you, to arrange a demo or a quote, and to deliver a project if you become a client. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them for these purposes.

The booking form can work out whether you are in the Renigunta and Tirupati area, where the demo visit is free. It does this only if you choose “detect my location”, or if you have already allowed location for this site. Your browser then gives your position to the page, and the page compares it, inside your browser, with our service area.

Your coordinates are not sent to us or to anyone else, and they are not stored. If you send the form, the message says only whether you are inside or outside our area, never your coordinates. You can decline the browser’s permission prompt and type your city instead.

To remember your choices, the site saves two small items in your browser’s local storage: the language you picked, and whether you have already seen the welcome intro. They stay on your device, are never sent to us, and are not used to track you. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

We do not set cookies for tracking or advertising. There is one exception. If you choose a language that we translate automatically (any language other than English, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada), the site sets a cookie named googtrans so that Google Translate can show the page in your language. Google performs that translation, and Google may collect information under its own privacy policy while it does. If you stay with English, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil or Kannada, this cookie is not used.

• Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. To deliver pages and defend against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type, and may keep standard server logs.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits so we can see how many people use the site. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and shows us only totals such as page views, countries and browser types.
• Google Fonts supplies the text fonts. Your browser requests them from Google’s servers, which can see your IP address and browser details.
• Google Translate is used only for the automatically translated languages described above.
• WhatsApp opens when you press a chat or booking button. What you send there is handled by WhatsApp under its own policy.

We do not use advertising or social-media tracking tools, and we do not use analytics that relies on cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this page.

The About page links to outside sources and to work we have done for clients. We do not control those websites, and their own policies apply to them.

You are in control:

• Say no to the location prompt and type your city instead.
• Clear this site’s stored data in your browser at any time.
• Stay on English, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil or Kannada to avoid the Google Translate cookie.
• Message us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We will act on such requests promptly.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local data-protection law, such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

This website is meant for business owners and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change how the site works, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
